    - Ezee-On Manufacturing builds precision seeding & tillage equipment, Front-end Loaders and Post Drivers for grain farms and livestock operations across North America, Australia & Europe.
    - Stylus is focused on its made-to-order upholstered products that are sold through a network of independent furniture and specialty home furnishing retailers in Canada and the western United States.
    - Don Park was established in 1972, and is now one of the largest and most respected manufacturers and suppliers of quality sheet metal and venting products to the HVAC industry in Canada.

  • 1997 – Ezee-On Manufacturing purchased by Laniuk Industries Inc. (LII), a Vegreville company. Today, Ezee-On’s manufacturing facility exceeds 170,000 sq. ft.
  • 1990s – The Ezee-On Manufacturing product line is expanded with new in demand items such as Air Drills, Coulter Drills and large capacity Air Seeders.

    New products developed Australian and US markets where the name Ezee-On Manufacturing has become as well known as it is in Western Canada.

  • 1989 – Ezee-On Manufacturing introduces an innovative line of post drivers, mounted harrows and mounted packers.
  • 1988 – Ezee-On Manufacturing expands its product offering by purchasing and incorporating an Air Seeder line.

    The Air Seeder, featuring a unique ground driven air delivery system, complements the Ezee-On Manufacturing line of cultivators.

  • 1980s – Ezee-On Manufacturing expands tillage profile with a line of fixed and floating hitch cultivators and chisel plows ranging in sizes from 24 ft. to 52 ft.

    A single hydraulic cylinder for depth control provides farmers, who needed precise depth control especially when seeding, with a practical and popular feature.

  • 1970s – Versatile Farm Equipment Ltd. partners with Ezee-On Manufacturing to market the disc line under private label in North America, Australia, South America, the Middle East and Europe.
  • 1969 – Ezee-On Manufacturing meets a growing need for large offset and tandem discs to complement high horsepower four wheel drive tractors. This market need is served by tandem and offset discs in sizes from 9 ft. to 48 ft.
  • 1967 – Ezee-On Manufacturing constructs a new 10,000 sq. ft. factory in Vegreville, Alberta dedicated exclusively to manufacturing front end loaders.
  • 1961 – The name Ezee-On Mfg. Ltd is adopted, representing a new and innovative design for front end loaders. The loaders are easy-to-attach and detach (hence Ezee-On). Demand for this new, patented design was immediate and strong across North America. Ezee-On Manufacturing is now exclusively a manufacturing company.
  • 1957-1958 – Manufacturing activity expands to include heavy duty breaking plows and discs designed for farmers and contractors in the northern Western Canada who are clearing bush for future farmland.
  • 1949 – Eugene Demkiw begins a farm machinery dealership in Vegreville, Alberta. Two years later, John Yakimetz joined the dealership and the name is subsequently changed to Demkiw and Yakimetz Equipment Ltd.

    The dealership begins manufacturing an oat cleaner that was important to local farmers as it separated black oats (wild oats) from white (seed) oats.
