Boom or “H” Frame: All 2000 Series loaders are constructed of high tensile strength steel and automatically welded, with boom arms rugged enough to be compatible with today’s high horsepower tractors. On larger model loaders, internal tie rods and a large torque tube help resist torsional stresses. Knee joints are plate reinforced to provide additional strength. Shortframe or “S” models e.g. 2090S are specifically designed to reduce the distance between the front wheels and the bucket on short wheel base tractors.

Wrap-Around Frame (Yoke): The high strength yoke distributes weight evenly onto the tractor mount. Unlike competitive makes, the yoke on an Ezee-On loader is manufactured in different widths to match your tractor’s width more closely. This design feature reduces the load strain on the mount and tractor frame. The yoke attaches to the mount at four locations to better resist side to side stress and tie the loader and tractor together as a unit. The unique latching system secures the yoke to the mount – no tools or wrenches and required to mount or dismount the loader. Another important benefit of this design is that the yoke rotates to act as a parking stand when the loader is not in use – no parking stands are required.

Mount Frames: Each of the more than 1000 different mount frames available from Ezee-On have been designed for the specific tractor it fits. Where required, for example, mount frames extend to the rear axle of the tractor for additional strength. All mount frames are designed to distribute forces from the loader throughout the tractor – and power from the tractor to the loader together as a unit. Important to current owners of Ezee-On loaders is the fact the the new 2000 Series loaders are compatible with older mount frames, thus eliminating the need to change the mount frame when purchasing a new loader.

Buckets: All Ezee-On buckets are constructed with high strength steel to gives years of service under normal use. On larger sizes, the bucket is reinforced and features a 10” cutting edge pre-drilled for easy installation of optional standard, or extra long bucket tines. Bucket tops are parallel with the bottom to allow operator to more easily judge levelness from tractor seat. Bucket level indicators are standard on larger models. All 72” (except 2060), 84”, and 96” buckets are available with optional Ezee-A-Tach.

Cylinders: All 2000 Series loaders feature the latest-in-design high pressure tested cylinders. On larger model loaders for example (Model 2070 and up) industrial design cylinders feature polyurethane U cups with nylon glass filled wear rings on the piston and cylinder head. Large cylinder pins (1-1/4” on larger loaders) are greasable.
