EZEE-A-TACH MOUNTED PACKERS 8", 10" or 12" Spacing: The Ezee-A-Tach Mounted Packer System from Ezee-On provides for the ultimate in farming flexibility. With packers installed, your Ezee-On Cultivator or Chisel Plow performs like an air drill. By disconnecting the packers (1 pin per arm) and installing harrows, you are ready to cultivate.
 
Unlike competitive packers, the initial spring tension on all Ezee-On packer arms is specifically pre-set at the factory for packer unit. This important feature enables the operator to obtain identical per wheel packing pressures across the full width of the machine.
 
PACKERS
• Large durable 20” diameter polyethylene wheels.
• 2½” wide “U” shaped packer wheel face.
• 7 wheel or 9 wheel units (8” spacing).
• 6 wheel units (12” spacing).
• Heavy 1¼ diameter gang shaft.
• Central pivot on packer frame allows unit to oscillate when rolling over obstacles. 		FEATURES
• 7 or 9 wheel units at 8" spacing.
• 5 or 7 wheel units at 10" spacing.
• 6 wheel units at 12" spacing.
• Mud scraper/rock deflector. 		ARMS
• Constructed of heavy 3” x 3” tube.
• Adjustment allows packing pressure to vary from 0 lbs. to 70 lbs. per wheel (0 – 6.5 PSI).
• One pin (per arm) allows packer unit (or harrow) to be disconnected or installed – no wrenches required.
 
END SHANK GAUGE (OPTIONAL)
Allows operator to accurately follow previously tilled or seeded pass – thereby eliminating costly overlaps. Gauge arm is adjustable; can be mounted on any Model 3500 or 5500 Cultivator.
SHANK MOUNTED HARROWS (OPTIONAL)
All Ezee-On Cultivators and Chisel Plows can be equipped with shank mounted harrows to close the furrow left by the last row of shovels on the cultivator or chisel plow. Whether seeding, fertilizing or applying NH3, this tool works to provide an important soil cover immediately behind the shank (and opener). The depth and angle is fully adjustable and can be positioned out of the way for optimum trash clearance.
